We are palanned to visit @ yercaud first time, Nice ambient , neat & clean hotel.

Room worth for money but television not working and unwanted annoying sound around the room disturbing me and restroom bulb not working

"Had a good stay for a night. The room was clean and cozy. However, I had to request for bathroom soap and toothpaste, which should ideally be provided as standard amenities. Wi-Fi was good, and the staff was friendly. Overall, a decent experience, but would appreciate if these essentials were readily available."

Worst stay I ever booked . Building was different , room is stinking, stains, hot water tap not working, no mobile network in the room, no WiFi too, tv not working, no helpers to carry luggage to second floor by steps

The rooms are okay and barely 5 mins walk from the lake which is the main advantage. Parking is available.Does not have a restaurant but nearby restaurants are there at lake junction.power back up is there but cable tv seems to be an issue .

Good, neat and calm place to stay. Basic facilities like hot water, drinking water is available. No restaurant but they get you coffee or tea delivered as room service

Bed size was little lesser size which was not comfortable as mentioned. Some good things are almose everything closer to this cottage.

Location is near to all the access and peace of mind. Hospitality is good. Check in & check out on very smooth and fast procedures. My family enjoyed it while we were staying on there.

They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any needs i had. The hospitality was top-notch, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. I truly appreciated the personalized service and the peaceful, relaxing environment. The cottage doesn't have room service no tv and the toilet flush was not working and very bad room

The overall service was good. They were very kind people. But the room could have been little more neat. The bedsheets and pillow sheets were not clean. And water provided was in a jug which was not clean.

Clean place. Friendly staff. Peace full stay. Beds are clean and rooms are spacious. 24 hours hot water availability.

Value for money. Location at centre of city near lake. Rooms were neat & clean. Overall experience was satisfactory.
