Nice stay. Staff of the hotel are very supportive. Location also very good. We stayed 2 nights there and found it very nice.

The rooms were deluxe room instead of super deluxe rooms. Rooms given: 516, 517, 518 519 The rooms given by hotel were in basement no cleaning, stinking, no toiletries, no water bottle given. Worst condition and totally bad staff nobody cooperative

The rooms were clean and the staff were also very helping and polite. I think it’s the best hotel to book a stay near Kedarnath. The food was also good.

This hotel is located at a prime location on the main road to Sonprayag. It has an ample parking space which is a bonus. Hotel rooms are very good and quality of food is also very good. This hotel is highly recommended.

We reached the property late around 10pm, informed in one of the given no. that I will be reaching late due to traffic but They gave my room to some one else, lied to me first that someone came with same name & they got confused, gave my room to them without checking there booking id, later I came to know that they gave it to the guests who were already staying there & they wanted to extend their stay. Then they said they had no available room after almost 1hr they allotted me a musty room, I booked a executive room so I asked them to return the remaining amount, then they again shifted me to their another wing & gave me a standard room only but it was okayish, by that time it was 12 am (midnight) & we had leave to leave at 2am for kedarnath yatra. Food was worst & the waiter had the guts to teach us how to eat a biryani. We asked specifically for non-spicy & they gave spicy black coloured biryani & was telling us to eat with curd to make it non spicy.

Staff was very nice and helpful and the property was neat and tidy too with good parking facility! Overall experience was good!

The property is at a great location , however since I did a last minute booking there was some issue in them confirming my paid reservation which was odd. Lot of miscommunication amongst the sevice staff, I never got my towels - no one came to collect my bag.

The service was great. Within minutes of ordering room service- somebody was always at the door to help us with our needs. It was one of the best services i’ve ever got from a hotel. Kudos to the lovely team!

Location is convenient, right on the main road. Parking space is ample and staffs are very helpful in parking assist. Despite crowding during this peak season, food quality in the restaurant was good, and rooms were very nice with wonderful balcony view.

Very poor experience. The room walls were damp. The hotel has water issues and the balcony was used as a storage. Overall hotel stay was poor.

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience here was truly disappointing. The room was in unacceptable condition—walls were cracked, paint was peeling, and there were clear signs of water damage. What was most shocking, however, was the balcony. Instead of a space to relax, it was being used as a storage area for garbage bags. The washroom odor was unbearable, and it made it impossible to even open the door for fresh air. Basic cleanliness and maintenance were clearly neglected. This was far from what was advertised, and I felt misled by the photos shown online. I do not recommend staying here. For the price paid, the condition of the room was completely unjustifiable and highly disappointing.

Poor House keeping services. Room dirty, no cleaning. Water supply issue also with no water supply at times.

No basic aminity. Geasor was not working.Room was not good at all.I hooked a Delux room but it was a small normal room

Location is fine. Rooms are ok ok. Frequently power cut was there when asked for hot water housekeeping ground staff denied and asked to wait for letting the power supply on no back up power generator . Food was ok ok but not matching price too expensive. Bathroom is getting choked. After 3-4 calls housekeeping staff attended the same. Overall an experience was average.

Service is fine, could be better but at this height n with limited resources i can’t complain. Food was tasty no doubt.. i would recommend..
