Good staff, good food, good rooms as per location as compared to other hotels.

Property is very lively and gives a peaceful stay experienxe with well trained staff. Food is like home

It is a horrible place to stay even for one night. The room was sticking and everything was dirty. Bed sheet, blanket, pillow etc everything was dirty. Food quality is horrible. Worst is the room walls are so thin that one cannot expect to have a sound sleep. The loud and horrid people staying in room next to me were partying late night, and their voices could be heard louis and clear. Even small movements can be heard. The room walls are that thin. Overall, it was a horrible stay. I will never recommend anyone to opt for this horrible place, unless it’s a real emergency.

The place is very cozy and very clean comfortable and it’s right on the main road. It’s small i agree but it’s the most nicest hotel in phata for that price range. The restaurant is kickass and has amazing food and a must try. Very helpful staff and a must stay experience at phata.

The hotel is neat & clean, the hotel manager is very cooperative and helpful. The hotel staff and kitchen staff are gentle and always ready to help in any situations. Overall it’s wonderful stay at hotel shiv-as trident resort. Phata.
