Today, the management of NK Residency misbehaved with us and humiliated my wife, Mrs. Priyanka Bokan, regarding the non-provision of basic facilities that were clearly mentioned at the time of booking. Despite our booking including these amenities, they refused to provide a room heater and other basic facilities, demanding extra payment for the same. When we questioned this unfair demand, the management argued with us, used abusive language, and asked us to vacate the room.
We have also recorded a video of the incident as evidence of their misconduct and unprofessional behavior.
