groupThe Hotel caretaker is not good. At the time of we reached in the hotel he only give 1 towel for 3 person. in the meantime we ordered tea for 3 person. he give the tea at 4 pm 10 th October 2024 still no one is coming for they did not come to take the cup. at the same day we book a cab from the hotel on same day and cancelled within a 15 minutes he charged 1000 rs for us (driver and caretaker) and at the same time caretaker and driver drinking a alcohol in a hotel

Sir you asked to arrange a driver, we arranged a driver for you and the driver came from Phata to Sonprayag and then you refused, will the driver not charge? There is no fault of the caretaker in this.
