The property doesn’t provided the amenities prescribed. No toiletries provided. No basic hygiene maintained. There was not even handwash liquid available in toilet. No towels, No soap nothing provided. Just an empty room with bed and blankets. Staff was rude to us when asked for mosquito coil or liquid to provide.

"Extremely Disappointing Hotel Experience

I had booked this hotel about 2.5 months in advance, but on the day of check-in, the hotel owner called me and informed me that the room was not available. After about 2 hours, they arranged another hotel for me, but unfortunately, that hotel did not have electricity throughout the night.

terrible service provided.. started facing the issues right from the beginning of checking in like Power cut,no power backup,no drinking water availability and food.When we tried to contact the local staff we were told to adjust.Never booking this hotel in future.

Pathetic property as too many insects inside room caused us to vacate the room within 5 minutes. Hotel management not bothered to ask even the reason. They are bothered only to loot money. Never recommend to book & stay this hotel.

The manager has no sense of speaking. I told him I cannot climb stairs I need a room on ground floor if you don’t have a lift, to which he agreed and when I reached the hotel they had two full staircases to reach the main entrance. He also had mentioned that the car comes to the entrance of the hotel. When I reasoned with him, he had the audacity to say itna problem hain toh aap yaha aate hi Kyu ho? He didn’t even give me a refund and I know Mahadev surely will have it reimbursed for me in different ways..

At the last moment at 9:00 pm at night u asked for refund … despite having no cancellation policy at the last moment we consider 50% refund …we don’t know what happens next from the MMT side, And plz understand in Himalayas there will be few steps , definitely And There was misunderstanding, we thought u will climb few entrance steps and provided ground floor room to you ….. u wasn’t able to climb a single steps , we didn’t know that ….. we are sorry for that …!!!! We are informing guest from that day … that we have steps at the entrance. This is Kedarnath we need to leave luxury behind !! It depends on guests behaviour we accommodate guest for free many times.. lord shiva knows everything.. Jai baba Kedar !!!

WORST PLACE TO STAY . NOT A SAFE STAY.

The worst place ever to stay . Sewage water flowing no proper steps to climb and someone old grandpa knocking at the door nearly 3 to 4 times not allowing to sleep the night . Not a good toilet or bathroom . We expected the least and went and it was worst for family and women to stay .

Hi Maam ,The room you chose was standard room , your booked room was different with balcony.. as we mentioned we have different rooms in different categories…. And the door knocking issue, we get to know ,there was an old Ant who forgot her room and she was keep knocking every room on the ground floor, As we all know this is Kedarnath very old people come here and stay .. we are very sorry for that … We are improving ….
