Room was amazing and good and facilities

Location of hotel is good. But rooms are dirty.

Bad,Sarvice is vari bad, Lokason is bad Room bad

The property doesn’t provided the amenities prescribed. No toiletries provided. No basic hygiene maintained. There was not even handwash liquid available in toilet. No towels, No soap nothing provided. Just an empty room with bed and blankets. Staff was rude to us when asked for mosquito coil or liquid to provide.

The room I was given is completely different from the one shown . The images on the website are not real — the actual room looks totally different. Also, there was a spider in the room.

I had booked this hotel about 2.5 months in advance, but on the day of check-in, the hotel owner called me and informed me that the room was not available. After about 2 hours, they arranged another hotel for me, but unfortunately, that hotel did not have electricity throughout the night.

Improper Cleaning, Water not Provided, Electricity Issue,Behavior not good.

terrible service provided.. started facing the issues right from the beginning of checking in like Power cut,no power backup,no drinking water availability and food.When we tried to contact the local staff we were told to adjust.Never booking this hotel in future.

Pathetic property as too many insects inside room caused us to vacate the room within 5 minutes. Hotel management not bothered to ask even the reason. They are bothered only to loot money. Never recommend to book & stay this hotel.

Room and bathroom was dirty, every where in the room and bathroom there was spiderweb and insects was getting inside the room. It was pathetic service.

The manager has no sense of speaking. I told him I cannot climb stairs I need a room on ground floor if you don’t have a lift, to which he agreed and when I reached the hotel they had two full staircases to reach the main entrance. He also had mentioned that the car comes to the entrance of the hotel. When I reasoned with him, he had the audacity to say itna problem hain toh aap yaha aate hi Kyu ho? He didn’t even give me a refund and I know Mahadev surely will have it reimbursed for me in different ways..

the staff are very welcoming and helpful. and the stay is pretty good. accessible for everything

Good stay near bus stand Sitapur

The worst place ever to stay . Sewage water flowing no proper steps to climb and someone old grandpa knocking at the door nearly 3 to 4 times not allowing to sleep the night . Not a good toilet or bathroom . We expected the least and went and it was worst for family and women to stay .
