I enjoy a lot and helpful staff and owner

Room was stinky and not all hygienic. Bad bedsheets and pillows.

Everything was good the facilities and all the things where nice... Hostel people were cooperative and nice and everything was near to the hotel so availability of things were there no need of searching anything.

Location is near by majestic but facility is less provide if you tell then he will come for room cleaning, Other wise hotel location is good and staff also good value for money is average not good or not a bad

I Went with my family, room and toilet is stinky. Worst experience vacated this room immediately. No lift facility It may seem like walking distance to railway station from this hotel, but it's not. Forget about food. It may be okay for bachelor's but don't go with your family.

Good rooms, can be improved further. Bengali food available at walkable distance. Transportation very convenient. Near to railway station and bus stand. Room services can be improved. Room tariffs not high.

They are not so good with online booking. They just registered on Makemytrip. I just reached to the hotel and I showed him my ticket but he said I do not know anything about this and I paid there also and I check in. After 6 hour he confirmed it and after check-out he returned that money. It's terrible to paid twice and bad hospitality.
