The hotel has closed and they did i not provide us the stay in that hotel. We need refunds of the amount. Because the hotel has not have any tie up with make my trip

The hotel i booked was closed and i checked in to another hotel at 12 midnight on 15/1/2024 very poor service

Nice place for couples. Must check out the top floor dining arrangements. Staff is very polite and helpful.

Nice stay
coupleGood experience to stay there. Location is close to all near by historical places. The room with lake view is worth to stay. Even the terrace is also good to have panoramic view of udaipur.

Amazing staff
Quite a memorable visit, the staff has been really helpful during my stay and the check in and check out was very smooth. They were very hospitable and should be appreciated.

it's was a great stay, exuding heritage charm with modern comforts. staff was very friendly, hotel's architecture itself is a testament to the region's rich history, boasting intricate designs and stunning craftsmanship. Never ever book this hotel. Duniya ka sab se kharab hotel with staff.
First of all finding the hotel was a big task. And when i found it found the hotel is in a very tiny street. And then confused hotel reception and the whole staff. They don’t know anything about how to welcome guests and give them proper tour. When you call reception desk no one ever i mean ever answer. And when i cheek out the hotel they charge me 70 rupees per water bottle jo market me 20 rs ki milt i hai. And coffee 80 rs ki jo ek dum ghatiya quality ki. Overall if you want to waste your money go there.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional.

Poor service = bad experience
Property's location is kind of difficult, no proper indications. Service was terrible, almost always there was not anyone at the help desk. We tried to have breakfast but there was no one. We had to go to other hotel's restaurants. No wifi, despite being included and asking for it several times. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Quality didn't meet the price spent.

Poor stay. Need to give same room in same hotel as booked.

Best place to live
The window view they have is best lake view. Very clean, neat, nice room service. It's in the main area of udaipur where the city palace is just 1 km. Only problem is they have all narrow streets here. And sharing rickshaws are not there in these main parts or city parts of udaipur so it makes little difficult to reach here.
