The location is awesome, very close to the beach.Breakfast was good.We didn't have dinner since fir dinner order need to place before 5.30 and if missed it need to visit nearby restaurants.overall good place to stay.

This place is located 3km away from Guhagar. The property is surrounded by palm and mango trees that gives a typical Konkani village feel. We didn't feel the heat during summer. We booked 2 premium rooms. They were spacious, clean, well maintained and equipped with good facilities inside. Their home made food was very good. We ordered fish and chicken thali and both were really tasty including both curries and solkadhi. Owner and staff are really helpful. However the only issue was with wifi, which we didn't get when asked. Beach is accessible at a walking distance of 5 minutes. It is a lonely beach with white sand, rocks on one side. It is good for those, who wants to visit untouched beaches with family for relaxing. There are no beach side activities. One can visit Velneshwar and Hedvi which is nearby - 15-20kms, but few patches of the road are really bad. Our overall stay in Shantadurga Home Stay was very pleasant and relaxing.

The place was so peaceful and beautiful and most importantly it was clean, and food was so good and home made too so had a wonderful and peaceful trip
