paid extra 400 at hotel without this

I find it through make my trip. It is best for group travelling. there are no much much services but good for staying I find it through make my trip. It is best for group travelling. there are no much much services but good for staying.

The only thing that was good about this stay was it's location and caretaker was polite. It was very small room with no space for anything to keep, no mirror, even fan was also not there, when we asked the owner told that fan was not mentioned in the stay, like seriously? also from inside, we were unable to lock as the lock was not working at all and due to that we were not able to sleep whole night. The worst thing about that was shared washroom, it was too dirty and the water was also not clean. I suggest anyone to not book there room with shared washroom. Also we need refund of our money, as we haven't slept over 2 whole nights. The owner was telling that as we have rented this room cheap so you need to adjust or pay some extra money.
