No Backup Power during Midnigh

Around 2AM powercut happen and came around 7AM, instead of having power backup they didn't switch on generator. We are not able to sleep during that time because it was on summer and when ask them the reason during checkout there excuse was employees were sleeping so they didn't understand it was a powercut.

Very nice location. Just a minute walk to beach. Food is very good and the staffs are very helpful and polite. Only one suggestion, the blanket should have a cover to improve the hygiene.

it was an average stay. Cleanliness and Hygiene was not upto the mark, bathroom & room gates were damage... and no swimming pool... the property is under construction.

The owner of the property is present all the time in the resort and he doesn't have proper etiquette to behave with the guests. Has a big ego don't know why

It was an amazing experience here. I came with my family. My father in law was very happy with the staff and the food. Rooms are spacious. Also the ambience was quite good. Overall a good experience.

We took the deluxe cottage, it was okayish. Was clean, except for a spider on my bed. The staff was good, helpful and polite. Location is very near to the beach. Food taste was decent. Breakfast combo was disappointing as we only had access to one free dish. Rest it was paid, not complimentary. No buffet was put during breakfast.

It sounds like your stay had its ups and downs. It's great that the staff was helpful and the location was convenient, but it’s definitely disappointing to find a spider in your bed and to be let down by the breakfast options. Maybe you could share this feedback directly with the place so they can address these issues and improve for future guests. Did you have a chance to explore the area around the beach?

I had an excellent experience at this property. The service was outstanding, and the cottage was neat and clean. The food quality was perfect for all age groups, from children to seniors. Additionally, the close proximity to the sea beach added to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. Highly recommended for a family trip!
