Totally it was terrible experience i ever seen in my life
In this hotel we don't get running water, totally horrible experience. Even we couldn't find this hotel because of there was no name plate so we roam unnecessary many routes. Totally disappointed

Terrible Stay
It was pathetic, apartment was not maintained, no housekeeping, there was no one to listen to us, even ac was not working properly. I think that was the last booking i did was with mmt.

Average Stay
room was good , we got a suite room , major issue was they don't have power back up and power failure was frequent , breakfast was provided in a nearby resort that was near to beach and food was nice , room service is average , they are not available everytime

Poor service and hidden information
Cleaning service is below average. They would not clean your room the day before your check out. Towels not provided until asked for. Breakfast area and stay area are at two different places. This information is nowhere available in their description.

Hotel was quite good

Hygiene, food
It was really a terrible experience to stay in this property. Rooms are not cleaned, cockroaches, bad smell observed. No one is their to entertain customers issue.

Terrible peoperty
The property is unhygienic, dirty and a complete waste of money. Wouldn't recommend booking this property for the rate they are offering. They'll make you walk to another property of theirs for the free breakfast, which is like a 10 minute walk.

Do not book this hotel
It's not any hotel. They have 3 rooms in a flat. It's not at all same as shown in pictures. They took money and dint even give us room. They are goons

Dear amneet, greetings from casa zaaure's aquolim suites ! we thank you for booking with us however we would like to remind you that we did give you the rooms and also we asked you to choose any room of your choice. However you left the front desk without informing us. Even the gommt team tried to reason with you and you were being stubborn and asking for a free cancellation. You even refused to come on conference all with gommt and us. We have uploaded the exact pictures of our rooms and property mentioning the sizes as well. Please go through the same before making any booking online.
