Good.

Friendly people. But no restaurant here. You have to go out for food. Overall experience is good.

Cockroaches running Around in the room everywhere. Bathroom also not clean. Hotel location is also not good. Its very deep inside.

Its all good just for stays. Good for family.

It was a pleasant stay. Clean room and good location.

It's near to beach DP. Helpful ... Clean room ... Hot water, AC available ... Value for money. Cooking facilities there ... I am happy to stay there. Next time I will stay in this hotel again. Thankyou

Nasty smell in the room no ventilation. No hot water. The host was not polite. Room was quite well but not really cool. But location was good can visit once but I think all in all the room is not so cool

The Hotel/Guest house was a perfect stay for me who came to the iffi not being able to get hotels near the venues. But Sea pal didn't disappoint and it was complete value for money with ample privacy. The rooms were spacious and neat. The only problem was the bed was not kept near the fan, but its adjustable. So yeah, for a solo traveller for iffi I recommend this one. It's just 5 mins ride to the venues if you've a scooter.

Rooms were clean. Tv, towel, soaps were provided. And dauna pola view point is at walking distance from here. Amazing sunrise there, amazing photography. Bathroom had hot water supply. Owner didn't have any problem if you are coming late at night.

As per location hotel is at best location. Service was good. But amenities are nil. Water facility is only thing available. It near to hawaii beach so you can enjoy a lot. It is a average hotel not so good but value is also less. This area is very costly area so you can stay here in cheap rate. Thats all

Things were good and other facilities like bike, car rent was easily available. Washroom was not clean rest everything was fine. Low cost guest house with decent ambience in Goa. The staff was quite cooperative and well trained.

It's speechless to say about the experience of this hotel ... The rating I will give is 5/5 for all services. Rooms were very clean .. Good services. Location is also very good .. Near dona Paula beach ... So always look in this hotel whenever you visit Goa ..

Rooms are OK.. Since cheap... TV was also there.. Provided with soap and towel.. Staff were not that cooperative.. No provision of room service telephone.. Not even a bell... No breakfast or tea facility available.. Usp is beach nearby..
