being a pilgrimage place, hotel was good but not as expected. buffet breakfast was good with limited options

The location of the Hotel was ideal close to the temple. Amenities are there but there is scope for improvement. Front office executives were courteous. Overall good experience.

I took a triple room for myself and my parents. The property is close to the temple. walkable distance. Food is tasty. The room was not very spacious, but neat and tidy. We did not avail room services, but overall the staff were well mannered. Only problem was that parking space was limited so our car was parked some distance away from the hotel. But the staff helped us.

So excellent service and well maintained.

Rooms were good,but water in the toilet didnt flush properly sometimes.My other issue was the checkout time. I understand that its 12.00pm from the day of booking to 12.00pm next day but sometimes plans change and you need an extra hour or two. As soon as my 24 hrs were up the hotel manager wanted to immediately vacate the room, considering I checked in the room for only 12 hours

The washroom seat is too high. Instead of tub, a decent bucket can be there. 2 soaps should be provided rather than 1. An electric kettle and complimentary sachets of tea/coffee would do wonders for the guests who are staying. They hygiene and overall behavior of staff was really good.

value for money. located very close to Ramnatha Swamy temple, this hotel is having very clean premises and well kept rooms. Room service is very good so is the restaurant .

Staying in such a hotel was memorable ,very nice behaving staff,cooperative room staff,beautiful restaurant all were appealing. Felt immense happiness during our two night stay.

This hotel is very close to the Temple, The staff are polite and courteous. we have a vegetarian restaurant within, you will get all South and North Indian dishes. Rooms are clean and neat, need some upgrade for bath room fittings, this is very minor issue however.

The stay was comfortable. The location is 10 minutes walk to the Rameswaram temple, which was very convenient. The room & the washroom was adequate and clean. The room service and the service in the restaurant were prompt and cordial. The food served in the restaurant was stereotype and didn't have variety. However, the South Indian dishes were upto the mark. Lastly the manager was very responsive and helped in arranging a temple panda, vehicle tor local tourism and also for drop to destinations.
