room infested with red ants.. no restaurant no amenities.. they don't even serve tea or coffee in breakfast.. breakfast is like packed limited food which will kill your breakfast mood only.. we requested to boil sweet potato so that toddler of 1.4 years can eat they made faces.. and reluctantly agreed

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — conveniently situated near major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The amenities were also top-notch. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

comfortable rooms, breakfast was not upto the mark. they provide a fix menu. Tea or coffee is not included in the breakfast menu (surprising), you have to pay extra.

Great Stay staff was friendly and room was clean. Location is near to beach which is walkable distance. At beach you can explore street food in evening

The stay was awsome. Very near to temple (200 meters) . Mani and daniel helped me to plan my trip very well which helped me a lot. There is a huge parking area( covered with roof) available at the side of this property. Cons. No lift available bit luggage will be handled by the hotel team itself. No restaurants available in the hotel itself but there are lot of restaurants near by. Overall the stay was superb.

Amenities and services were good. Stay was good no doubt but the manager of the property is very arrogant and rude. He has no sense of hospitality. I believe such people with arrogance should not be allowed to sit on front desk. We were three ladies....teachers by profession were staying all by ourselves

Good stay and very close to east gate of Rameshwaram temple. Far from market and food option is very less nearby. Overall good stay at hotel, rooms are clean and well maintain. Service from staff good. Thanks

Nice location, cleanliness, spacious rooms. The only thing is they do not provide free water bottle in the room. They should provide 1 litre free water bottle on daily basis. No kitchen in the hotel for food or beverages but they can provide cuttlery.

Property is located near by akni theertham / Beach. It’s a new hotel so looked clean. Would be great if they maintain the same.

Rude nature of staff. Not sufficient hot water. Staff can not provide a single bucket of hot water per person. Breakfast is provide from outside hotel. Service is not good.

Worst place to stay, though it is near to temple, rooms are very compact and looked like hostel rooms, staff were very rude and cold packed breakfast was given ( we opted out to eat it. Never recommend this hotel

Location is good, walking distance to beach and near to temple. We were travelling with elderly people and our room was on first floor, as there was no lift it’s difficult for them to go up and down especially for food as well. This is because this hotel doesn’t have kitchen. No wardrobe, no hot water in room. Breakfast served was also packed box. We booked 2 rooms, one double and another with 4 bed i.e. two double bed for a day and paid highest amount around Rs. 26000/- which was not at all worth it. I would rather recommend people to look for another stay.

I already mentioned that i have two children but they gave me double bad. And they took money for extra bed.

The staff is very rude. Forget about pleasantries they have a frown on the face. They don’t have basic item like tea to the guests.

It's a new property, so neat & clean. The staff is doing their bit in keeping it clean & good customer service.

Hotel was not neat and clean when we reach there even after the front desk inquired about our arrival and tentative check in plan, which was late in evening as we were travel-ling from ahmedabad - madurai - rameshwaram. Rooms were just got vacated and so the initial feel when we entered after long day journey was very clumsy. Staff helped to clean the room afterwards. Another strange and uncommon thing we discovered that hotel was offering only one complementary bottle per room per day irrelevant of numbers of occupants in the room. Also, there are no locker of cupboards to keep luggage etc and lock them for safety(in pictures there are) else the location vise it was good hotel and no further complants.
