Details make the difference
Rooms have all the expected facilities with attention to detail, service is prompt. Special mention to food in the in house restaurant, breakfast is usually buffet. Dinner can be buffet or ala carte but both are priced approximately same. Taste is on point, really, that was the highlight. The property must have hired chefs with expertise in their specialities as all cuisines were all point. Most of the staff can understand English/Hindi. Attention to detail was good as some ceiling maintenance was going on during our visit but it was non intrusive and properly communicated. They also handle special requests well, as we had late check in, the staff specially contacted me beforehand to advise me that their restaurant closes at 10 PM and if we are that late, we should consider dinner on the way. It was not the case but still consideration was there. Such small details make the difference. In the whole, a no nonsense place to stay for your visit to Rameswaram

MixedBag
It was a mixed bag. Some good experiences but some indifferent ones. The food was generic , and they did not have variety and not much of local cuisine. The breakfast buffet was also very limited. The staff was helpful and eager to resolve issues. One suggestion is that first of all, keep the room well stocked with tea bags and coffee pouches instead of counting the number of persons staying in the room and keeping only those many. Secondly, the laundry service is 24 hrs, which is 10 am to 10 am, but since it's a pilgrimage and clothes get drenched during the Kund snan and people want to leave early after the darshan is done, maybe they can have just a drying service for 24/7. It will be a huge help and a big attraction

Polite staff and value for money
Good and confortable stay. The staff was polite . U can overstay for few more hours by paying minimal amount it your train/bus is late. Location is good.

Horrible experience
I will not recommend travelling with Family here . We have booked for 2 nights. First night AC was not working after raising complaint it got resolved. Second night at 11pm AC Stopped working after 30mins and multiple calls one guy came pressed some buttons and said it’s not possible to repair it. They wanted us to move along with luggage at night 12am to different room. My parents were in attached room . I have requested to provide some room for 4-5 hrs just to sleep and we will take our Luggage early morning still they did not agree. Hotel manager was not available after calls multiple times. We had to spend night without AC in month of May in Rameshwaram . Horrible experience. I know morning no one even asked or acknowledged. It’s been 2 days still no reply for my written complaint

Good Stay
I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. The location is a bit far from the temple, but autos are readily available right in front of the hotel, making it easy to commute. However, there are a few areas where improvement is needed. The breakfast menu was quite basic and could use more variety. Additionally, the washroom lacked essential toiletries like body wash and hand wash, which are important for personal hygiene. Including these would definitely enhance the guest experience. In summary, it’s a decent place to stay with good cleanliness and accessibility, but with a few small upgrades, it could be even better.

less options but the restaurant manager helped with our requirements for bland food cheers for him and special mention to the service ladies at the restaurant for attention big thumbs up.Location close to bus stand on the main road.Oerall vgood clean hotel.water bottles may be provided or RO water to be provided during dinner or breakfast on the house.

Rameswaram trip
