Pros: 1) location is easily accessible. 2) there's hot water faucet in bath (but not in wash basin. 3) staff was very helpful and accommodative. Cons: 1) the room is one of about five rooms, mainly catering to parties and functions held in the lawn. 2) when i arrived there was a party being held in the lawns with loud music blaring for the dance floor. 3) the music went on till 10pm. Thereafter the caterers could be heard clearing up, shouting and and washing their cooking vessels. 4) my car was not allowed to be parked inside the premises until all the guests had left. I had to wait past 10:30 pm to bring my car in. 5) there was not a single tabie in the room. Suitcases had to be kept on the floor or on the bed. 6) bed linen was not fresh. (staff changed it readily upon request. 7) there was not a single shelf in the bathroom to keep your toiletries. I managed by pulling in one of the plastic chairs from the bedroom. 8) there's no restaurant on the premises.
