Rooms looks terrible and plugs and switches were not working, TV was not working, there were bathroom towels, rooms looks tiny and it's stinking very badly. Even though we requested for rooms change with receptionist he said ok but later on no response from him. Staffs looks worst and they don't even know how respect the customer and treat them. Overall it's not worth to stay here and I would recommend please do not choose this hotel for a goot stay.

It was very bad experience from my booking with you for katpadi. I booked room on 22nd june. Reaching there the hotel denied your booking. I have also booked room from 23rd to 25th for katpadi trip. The hotel denied that booking also. It is very shameful act from your side. Trusting you but i went there. I am deceived by you.

It was so bad 1. No ac remote in the room 2. They were bedbugs in room i couldn't sleep for 1mins also i had to go sleep in car the hole night.

Flush not working, no water bottle, phone not working, fan button broken, poor quality staff etc

The air-conditioner was closed at night 11 o’clock while i was sleeping and then it automatically turned on in morning when i was checking out. Therefore, the air-conditioner was not on at night. The towel were also not in good condition. They were tore.

I stayed for one night, room was not clean as per expectation, and i tried to recharge my mobile no switch is suitable for the recharge pin,

After a 12 hours road journey from ooty to bangalore with my parents (read senior citizens) the hotel kept us waiting. Despite booking 3 weeks in advance with full payment the hotel denied us our rooms citing overbooking issues. After half n hour or 45 mins they transported us to a suite which my parents had to reach via stairs thanks to their infrastructure. After half an hour they could allot us only one room for ing us to manage in the suite at the 5th floor and a room at the 1st floor. The suite lacked hot water provisioning and my morning their lifts failed to function and so did the water provision. We had to check out before 9 am to catch a train but there was no water. Luckily they could only arrange hot water at the 1st floor. My father fell ill climbing up to the 5th floor as lifts dint function. Even the tvs were not working.

It was a nice stay. Rooms are good. But the floor was reeking of cigarette smell which was not there by the evening. Overall recommend for a short stay

Never stay in this hotel, consisted and dusty rooms.

Good safety measures have been taken by the management. Very convinient for all travel modes. Surronded very good restaurants

The Hotel was at a good location. It was a business travel. Hotel was very clean. They do not serve food in the Hotel. So, if someone can manage food from outside, then the Hotel is suitable for their stay. Otherwise not recommended for family. The allotted room was nice with good facilities. Washroom was hygienic.

Water problem. Dirty water for bath smell bad.

Water is bad. I am suffering from a loose tummy. And I had food and water only in the hotel.wi fi never worked. I was there for 3 days.
