Worst experience ever.Dirty broken rooms, washroom stinking and tiny, Bedsheet dirty,floor wet.zero on 10

Even though the resort was rated at 4.6, the rooms were not hygeniec. Our room ( buddha facing rooms) were not clean. the wooden head rest of the bed had termites and the sheets has brown stains. It didn't feels very clean to be sleeping there.

I had to wait 2 hours for my checkin and my food was also served late plus the staff was equiped inadequately and the people who were there in room servince were un responsive

Pleasant saty overall.The room was clean and spacious.The staff ware friendly and helpful.swimming pul nit n clean.I was very pleased with my stay.I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future .

Venue was great, I got white pasta as room service with fly in it. That is the bad experience, as I stayed here 2 times before this stay. Food quality is declining. Breakfast was good. Pool was awesome.

The room service was terrible. Despite complaining multiple times about some basic problems in both the rooms both at reception and to the workers there was no improvement. The fridge and tv were not working, the intercom was also not in working mode. Even after asking for towels (fresh) no compliance was shown. The other amenities on the other hand were quite good, the swimming pool was clean and accessible. The food in the restaurant and cafe was okay, and the breakfast buffet was good. The surroundings were quite sound and peaceful, and very beautiful for evening walks. Also, no face wash or few basic things were provided, so it was a disappointment.

Best service in this resort give 5 out of 5 food, amenities services are really unbelievable. Staff are well behaved

worthless hotel with false pictures . they even tried to fudge up my final food bill. the rooms are shabby, the staff is not supportive and the property is not well maintained.

Maintenance of rooms and washrooms was very poor. Sofas and chairs were very dirty in some rooms out of the 4 rooms we had. Rooms were not well ventilated.

Cleaning service needs to be improve. Room cleaning and pool are not well maintained and cleaned. The parking facility is also not available. Food service is good and foods are available at reasonable price
