hotel location is excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is also very good. overall it is a very good spot to spend your family outing.

I stayed 2 nights at saj by the lake the experience was fascinating. The property has scenic views of lake and mountains. Rooms and service by the staff is upto the mark. Staff is very friendly and helpful plus the perks of staying at saj is their food. The restaurant maati baani have the best variety of cuisines you can try the food was very healthy and fresh. Overall, i would give this stay 9/10.

The Saj is at the most beautiful location at Malshej Ghat. The front desk gave us a warm welcome and was so kind in dealing with us. The room was elegant, the bed, lights in the room, toilet with all the necessary things plus sit out area were commendable. The restaurant was superb and so was the food. Please try their "Jaari Bhakri and Methi Peethla". Outstanding food breakfast was good too. Entire staff deserve clapping for their work.

I have been using Make my Trip frequently for flight booking and hotel stays, for genuine hotel recommendations and prices. However, considering the latest experience at Saj and the exorbitant price that was charged, Next time I am not going to use Make My Trip for any of the services. The same I will recommend to all my friends. U charged a whopping for a basic room. The rooms was stinking of fungal smell of rainy season. The washroom was also stinking. I don't care of your 1400 discount. Please consider this as a true review from core of my heart. I am a Naval Officer, and since I was coming home after long gap of 3 months, I had decided to take my family for outing. While I was booking the room, total price shown, which on completion of booking went to Rs. 11,000 (that too without any complimentary breakfast). Still, I ignored it considering my family will have a Good time, and I might have missed out reading the final price during final booking. But you know what, even my 4 year old son pointed out the foul moisture smell in the room. The Activity room area games were all covered. Except for one Carrom board, nothing was functional. Moreover, the staff was reluctant to offer other games and switch on all the lights of Activity room. It was poorly lit. Overall, I felt cheated with Service and quality of room, given the price that I paid. 11000 is not a small amount, mind you. But, for you guys the meaning of Service has completely been wrongly understood. U don't like to do things out of heart, u only know to fool customers and mint money. I am grateful that I am serving the country, and I don't know and follow such Service Standards, as you. I could only wish that some sense prevails in the way u guys perform business with Customer Service as your prime motto. I am not sure of this Review will reach out to the concerned person, but I am doing my part. learn to operate professionally.

We traveled as a family and had a good time at the resort. although it was raining continuously, the resort offered a good ambience for a pleasent outing

They don’t even basic medical facilities like basic medicines painkillers and antiemetics nothing they have and medical store is very remote in that area so they should have at least some basic medications if in case anyone has medical emergency they it would be very difficult to get help

It's a good property with an excellent location. Service is attentive and warm. Food especially the local dishes is hearty, with generous portion sizes.

Amazing location and lawns. A-la-carte was good. Buffet food quality can improve. Room quality like mattress, towels needs to improve for sure. They are not worth the price. Staff is very well trained and well behaved. Special mention for Akash and Saheb Rao for their good service.

The property is built at the perfect spot with a spectacular view. The rooms are also quite decent with all the basic amenities. The resort has good food and nice vibes. overall perfect relaxing space to give yourself a break from a hectic life. The only things that can be improved are cycles, which are kept for riding, and food is a bit more expensive than usual.

Misspelling rooms with lake view. They are charging 10k+ for lake view rooms without any view of the lake!!!! So much of double standards. Service is also okayish. Food is also quite average

Superb stay..very comfortable rooms(mountain view as rest were sold out!)...super courteous staff...food was tasty and fresh and food portions were large! Walking distance to the Lake makes it unbeatable locations and u have bicycles to take there...my suggestions-dont give plastic mineral water,give water in glass bottle and put clothes hooks on the bathroom door!! Rest everything is great including swimming pool

Well located property- surrounded by mountains and by the lake side, lovely lake view from rooms. Food was good, though some dishes and drinks were not available as the location is far from major cities and hence they were out of stock. swimming pool was clean. Staff is helpful. Good are to walk in nature. The property is getting expanded so some construction work is on going, doesn’t bother guests though. Overall good stay experience.

The Report was near and clean breakfast was really good Note : Their Chinese food was pathetic it was not fresh and the taste of triple sezwan rice was like masale bhat.. And looks overcharged as per quantity

Nestled amidst serene nature ,mountain and lake the property is worth visiting.Food is good, staff is friendly ,they try to make you feel at home.Rooms are clean well maintained.Overall had a wonderful stay.

location is beautiful as it is surrounded by mountains and has a beautiful lake (backwaters of a dam). Staff is extremely friendly and if you love traditional maharashtrian food then you must try it at their restaurant.
