Our experience at the villa was somewhat mixed. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. Firstly, the electricity situation was quite problematic; the inverter was frequently down, leading to fluctuating voltages. This was particularly inconvenient, especially during the evenings. Additionally, the towels provided were not up to standard - they were old and left threads behind, making them less than ideal for use. Furthermore, there were maintenance issues in the bathroom, specifically with the jet which had a leakage problem. This not only caused water wastage but also created inconvenience during showers. Moreover, the location details provided on google chrome were inaccurate, and when we sought assistance from the helper, they seemed unaware and unable to guide us effectively. Regarding the caretaker, ganesh, while he was friendly, we found that his service was a bit slow, especially when it came to providing meals. Breakfast preparation took a considerable amount of time, although we must acknowledge that the dinner and barbecue he prepared were quite enjoyable. Overall, while the property has its charm, it falls short of a five-star experience in terms of amenities. The malfunctioning fan in one of the rooms was another inconvenience we encountered. Additionally, the customer service aspect, particularly the responsiveness and knowledge of the helper, could be significantly improved to enhance the overall guest experience.
