Property is ok in this amount but service are very slow and food are not good

food wasn’t there at night and yet hotel insisted that they can arrange it somehow and it was disaster. No ambience and lights of the room were not working.

Poor Stay
They are just setting up. No staff, no kitchen. Lake view only from the top floor. Otherwise owner seems to be a good person

As I told you over the phone call some maintenance work was in progress in kitchen area during your visit,we may have lacked but we asure you to serve you better if given the opportunity to host you again. Also regarding the Lake View we have already categorised our rooms as Lake View (2nd floor) and Valley View(1st floor. Hope you understand and visit us again. Not very good but it's average. But the driver stays related to the issue there is no room for driver

Dear Guest, Thanks for your valuable feedback. Yes we don't have a dedicated room for drivers but we offered our staff room to your driver. But he denied saying he will be comfortable in the car. Hopefully we"ll have a dedicated space for divers in future.
Average Stay
The stay was okay. There was no wifi service in the hotel though. The network was weak and the guy at the reception told us to adjust. Also the address on google map was inaccurate. It took us to a remote hill where there was no body. We had to later call the property and they guided us to the property. Overall it was okay the connection could have been better

One of the best experience ever
this is literally one of the best is we ever had , actually my mummy is a patient and we always face problem regarding food for her but it ended here . Everything was just perfect , the food , the people here , the place. We can say it's kinda perfect stay .Do visit 👍🏻
