Property location is good. Peaceful place with nice lake view on one side and valley view on other side. I am disappointed with the Deluxe Cottage we booked. Very small cottage no place to walk if you put 2-3 luggage bags. Washroom not clean enough and taps not working properly. Not enough lights inside the cottage. Also insects and spiders problem. Deluxe cottage not recommended, pls go for suite or other available options. Staff is very good, polite and well mannered. Service is very good. They will make you feel at home. Food is delicious. Everything we ordered was very well prepared and delicious. For food 5/5, service 5/5, location 5/5, for room 2/5.

It was an extra ordinary stay. I would love to visit again. Mr. Hemu and Mr. Bishun gave us the excellent and superfast service. This was the best stay I ever experienced.

Stayed with family for one day. View from rooms is great in front is the lake and behind through balcony is a valley. Food is tasty.

was really a WOW experience at Nest and Hives, best panoramic view of lake and vally from room . Beautiful sunset and sunrise view amid birds chirping and cool breeze. Best place to be with yourself . The staff members managing day to day affairs of the property are really awesome their services towards guest is always of high standard. A special mention for HEMU ji , he is always ready and available with yes mind. One observation -Rooms require maintainance . Some of the wall panels have cracked need replacement and also the bedsheets , towels need to be replaced . Over all my stay for two nights in Delux cottage was very fulfilling . The hotel is really nice with amazing hospitality & some great views specially if it's raining the view from the hotel is spectacular..I would definitely visit here again, they really go the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable. The view from our room was amazing you can see that grand naukuchiyatal lake from the balcony, The staff really goes beyond to make you feel comfortable so overall it was a fantastic stay.

The property is not at all maintained. The washrooms have rat poops

Water chargeable, owner's attitude is not good, no view, no ceiling fan inside, tv is not recharged and need to ask 2-3 times to start the tv, also i found them cheat as they charged for 4 bottles, 2 comes complementary and 1 we took, so not genuine at all. I wish i never get a chance to visit such low standard hotel. Ower is not a pleasing and hospitality oriented person. The way rooms are shown is not the way they are, i found the people not friendly and very unprofessional. We also paid 1000 bucks extra as we booked 1 hour far property of nest and hives. I will give a 1star to this hotel total we spent 4800+1000 extra to get the room + 120 for 1 bottle of water, as all the hotels provide 2 complementary bottles. I will not advice people to visit this with family. I think they have opened this hotel to extort money. Also no dental kits room kits were given, asking about this they told that its all on request. No fridge no wifi, owner unprofessional and a money minded person

Pros: excellent view from the property staff behavior and hospitality are good (hemu and bhushan deserve a special mention here) okayish rooms cons: overpriced rooms are not great and insect/mosquito issues in the evening bathroom not very clean and water pressure issues exist because of which flow of water is very slow hot water issues because of this overall if this property is available in the range of 2k-3k, it can be considered, else it's best to skip this and look for something else

Food was very good. Manager arjun was very cooperative. Supporting staff hem u and bishan were very helpful. They treated us very nicely. We get a very good view of the lake.

Its a wonderful property over the top of hills with valley view from one balcony and lake view from the main balcony. One of the best valley views is from the toilets. Cherry on the cake is the service of Hemu who I think has inherited time management skills par excellence… and the cook is the star of the stay who is better than a masterchef.perhaps… the pleasant walks give one an appetite

The property is set between the picturesque scenery of naukuchiatal lake surrounded by mountains on both side making it extremely gorgeous.

Awesome view, best place at the top of Nakuchiyatal, they make fresh food to serve hot. The service man Hemu is very good they barbecued for us and very polite. We were 4 people and everything was best. We r planning to come again coz of view.

Overall experience was average. Services were very slow. Scenic view was good but property was not worth the price been charged.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was a wonderful experience - awesome views, great customer service, good food. Hats off to the hospitality specially by hem u ji who ensures the customer service at the hotel stays top notch. Look forward to coming back here soon.

This property scores negative point on location, accommodation, property and environment. Just some sheds with nothing to do or nowhere to go. Far away at a distance you will see the lake. They call it a resort but nothing to do here. There is no front office, empty kitchen with few boys running around for errands.

All good has nice location but difficult to visit as road is extremely worse. Very bad experience on road.
