The property is not maintained. . The food is average. When we entered there was no one to greet or show the property or rooms. We discovered everything through ourselves. The pool is small and will not accommodate more than 10 people. Rooms are good and maintained.

pathetic maintenence and the property manager will say no for everything the place is huge but the staff has not maintained it well. they had central air conditioning but they denied saying there is no AC. Rooms were smelly and we had to keep all doors open for it to become breathable. furniture is dusty and we had to request them to clean everything. pool was also extremely dirty

After staying at approximately 10 to 12 different villa offered by Saffronstays, we know the standard and service offered by them. When we reached the gate we were surprised to see fabulous entry only to a shocker to see how badly they have maintained the place. as you enter, one side is pool area which was in total mess and second side they are making more rooms which makes the whole entry dull. now as you enter the villa, the whole place is full of different artifacts and antiques which possibly are never touched hence look as if they are never cleaned. even the furniture and chairs were super dirty and we had to ask them to clean before we use. they served us welcome drinks and the glasses had proper brown dirty marks which we showed to the property manager Ritesh. later the living area was too hot to sit so we asked if they have AC which the Manager bluntly denied. after few minutes we saw there are AC vents and could see that the living place is centrally air conditioned. we asked him why did he deny and he pretended as if he has never seen the AC. now moving to the rooms, out of 5, 3 rooms were smelly and we had to open all windows to make it breathable. we asked for bon fire and again something the manager denied saying that they don't have and in the night we spotted that they had dedicated place as well as the wood available overall the staff is lazy and doesn't want to work. even the pool on top has bad smelly yellow water. the pool on ground floor was cleaned after we showed them how dirty it was. once you reach there then you will regret wasting your money.

The property was not well maintained, cleanliness is much needed. The food service was bad. Food was not edible at all. We paid for luxury but received poor service

Experience was great. Ajit was a great property manager and have helped us in all the necessary things. He has been a great host and have taken care of everything.
