For instance, I had informed the staff in advance about my flight schedule and requested a taxi for checkout. However, no arrangements were made, and worse, I wasn't even notified that the taxi couldn't be arranged. This left me in a very difficult position with no time to act.
Fortunately, I managed to book an auto-rickshaw at the last moment and caught my flight just in time. This kind of negligence can cause significant stress and inconvenience, especially for travelers on tight schedules. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the staff’s respnsibility
