Stay Feedback — Atharva Hotel, Kalaburagi (5th-6th jul)
Warm welcome at check-in, but experience declined thereafter. Service availability was poor beyond 9 PM. Suite room was small and lacked basic amenities like towels, shampoo, and comb in both rooms.
Telephone lines in the suite weren’t working, and the commode flush was completely non-functional.
Most disappointing was the rude and indifferent attitude of the hotel supervisor, arrogance, unprofessional and not expected in a hospitality environment.
Overall, missing basic facilities, poor service standards, and lack of courtesy made the stay unsatisfactory.

Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made.
