I would like to bring to your attention an issue I faced during my recent booking. While making the reservation, I had made a special request for an early check-in. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response to this request. However, upon my arrival at the hotel, I was informed that I would be charged ₹500/- for just 3 hours of early check-in.
I kindly request you to review this matter and provide clarity, as prior communication on such charges would have helped me plan better.

Hotel Maintenance:
I was quite disappointed with the overall maintenance of the hotel. The condition of the facilities did not meet expectations and I did not feel it was worth the money paid.
This is my third visit to this property. Every time I turn on the TV, it always shows “No Balance.” Also, when I request Wi-Fi access, they told it is an open network, but in reality, there is no data available.
