The rooms you choose wont be as per the picture, they are different and small. Washrooms are not good, broken elements here and there. Intercom and Wifi not working. And over that they don't give even 01 complimentary water bottle. Did not try food so I can't say. Staff are helpful I can say esp mention Bir. If you stay just for overnight you can choose that hotel.

Room was good - clean and with AC and TV. Geyser facility was there in the washroom. But the room service phone was not working.

The location is convenient and the food is good.

The hotel is in good location, and foods are excellent.

Very Poor & Bad Service.(We called the reception several times to order food and they told us to send a man. But no one came till 1 hour. After 1 hour we went to the reception and asked that we will not get dinner. Today we have a party here and everyone is busy.)

very bad experience 😔 not responding properly on customer i do not know about hotel the policy I have booking on 6 feb for one day with my friend.i thought coupled allowed is that hotel but it's very different of my mine. I wasted my money ...... very poor.

Hotel is not so clean. Food is excellent. Room lock is there but there is no extra lock from inside

The outer look is awesome, it is literally 9 ft x 8 ft sq-ft room and around 72sqft, in that a queen size coat occupied fully and 1 small wall mount cupboard and tv in one side and small fixed table under the tv and 1 chair given, there is no space at all, it has good working fan, and worthy blanket, ac is there but it is already extreme cold weather, so no chance to check it and major thing is the key insert switch holder is missing, so we need to switch it manually and there is a main line which is open small wire and not visible and we got electric shock and managed to get rid of it, another thing is restroom in which the toilet closet seat is broken and informed 2 times and ended in vain, because the broken seat can't use it properly finally intercom is not working, so we went ground floor to complaint and to order food etc, food tastes good and less quantity with big price

Good stay, within the city area of Agartala. The restaurant is on the ground floor. Open space is adequate

Very very poor experience of stay. Rooms are unbelievably small and congested. Bottled mineral water served is found to be of seal open condition. Breakfast is very limited menu and poor taste. Unbelievable that such a hotel is listed in mmt. It is a blot on the business image of mmt.

Hospitality is too good

room quality was average. cleanness was not so great. room service was good. in this price i expected a better room

Room pattern not matching with the booking room.

The location was prime. Except for that everything was extremely terrible and disgusting. The room size was comparatively too small than the price being changed. The service was with utmost never bother and damn care attitude. Geyser was not working. At restaurant they take hours for delivery of dishes. In total they are highly rude and reluctant in addressing the clients. Better mmt to take this hotel out of your list so that your customers will be spared.

Bed sheets and pillow covers are not clean

Rooms are small. Location is very good
