Toilet is not attached with the bed room, privacy is not maintained with other guest, toilet room was not cleaned, fans are there but room was so suffocating

The washroom is located in the living room, which is a shared space for cooking and dining, along with one other room. However, the washroom itself is completely private. Your room comes with an attached balcony, making it very airy when you open the windows or the balcony door. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again! If you prefer, we also have other rooms with attached bathrooms available.

I booked this homestay for 2 days but the owner of this property was not updated about my booking, however i informed him over phone and he replied very offensively that he was outstation and would not help me to check in and i have to manage through my own in room 101. This room was so unprepared and not cleaned. But very surprisingly, i found not water in the entire room and lot of mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room. Since i have paid for two days, so i couldn't move to other place. Overall experience is horrible and i will strongly recommend to not to book in this abominable place and also request to make my trip authority for taking required action on the above matter.
