Poor Stay
I regret to inform you that the stay in royal home stay was terrible, the room was very congested and no wifi was available but it was mentioned in the description. additionally, food was very costly and the quality of food was poor. The property owner was not cooperative and was insisting me to cancel the booking. Ovealy, the experience was pathetic and I will not refer this home stay to any of my friends.

But, we just offered you the choice to cancel the reservation with a complete refund because of a glitch that caused it to appear that wifi was available when it wasn't, and we didn't insisted you to do so. Terrible Stay
The owner was not at all corporative. Also, he was not understanding our problem. The actual prices were completely different and they were creating a lot of confusion about the rooms which were posted on the website with those that were actually there.

Firstly, after visiting us, u booked an online reservation. The only room that was available that day(standard balcony) was expensive on-site, we still provided a lower rate. You persisted in saying that the site is more affordable, a claim we consistently refuted. U thn made the decision to exclusively book online, and u did so for a few other dates and a different room(non view) that was not available for that day &, of course, it was cheaper as it was non view.Then, you asked us to give the non-view room to you, which was not available that day, and already stated to you, so how could we manage to give it to u? U thn claimed that u should be given the available room (standard balcony room) for the reservation you made for a different date and for a different room(non view) at the same lower cost. Why would we do so? U didn't understand anyone's point, u were unresponsive to others, even when the site's concerned staff advised you to cancel that wrong reservation and make another one for the same day and the same room, still you didn't get it. So mdm, the owner is not at fault for not comprehending your issue, being so unresponsive to other people is your problem.
Good Stay
It was nice experience. Service was good. Owner was good natured, polite and supportive. food served was delicious.

Excellent Stay
It was nice and pleasant staying there, the management of the Royal Home stay made us feel comfortable and friendly, very helpful staff and food is also good.

Good Stay
Though It was a Home Stay but kitchen was not accessible to the guests. It was like a hotel. Food was taken from the nearby restaurant. Service was just OK. People there are friendly and helpful. Many facilities as mentioned in my my trip profile of the property were not as depicted. TV was not working in room though we were shifted to another room on same price. Parking was on Road on owner's risk and not covered. Overall stay was comfortable though not as expected

Tnks for review sir.1stly,kitchen access is not mandatory in HS,2nd we provide meals but due to emerg chef was not there that day&due to rain tv ws not wrkng n we shifted u to a better room at same pr
Room size is perfect for 02, can adjust 03 as well.
Stay is good, beautiful view of sunset is visible from the balcony, food is also ok as per home stay, owner and caretaker have good attitude. Peaceful environment.

the stay wss really comfortabel, owner wss friendly and coöperatie. view wss amazing and breathtaking, food wss yummy and hygienic , specialy huge aalu parantha. i would live to visit here again if i visited lansdowne.

Average Stay
Stay was ok. Booked the rooms because of the mountain view from the balcony otherwise rooms were not clean and staff was not giving full attention. Its nearby market so that's a plus point.

First of all, you made a two-day reservation, and the following day you left to visit nearby locations without providing us with keys to clean the room. How can our staff do that without keys? Secondly, you asked at 9:00 pm to clean rooms, while the staff was having food, so I don't think that it's a cleanliness issue . And if there were any staff-related issues you might have telll us that time only as owner is present in the property itself. additionally , we will always work to enhance our services , sorry for the inconvenience. The stay was excellent people were really nice the view from my room was also really good specially enjoyed the sunset. Food was a bit expensive but taste was good overall really good experience would recommend others too

ThYes. we denied checkin. But kindly mention the proper reason why we denied the checkin. You have booked for 2 guests and while checkin you were total 4. We asked for the extra guest payment but you were just arguing continuously.

What an awesome place 😍 view is soo good from the homestay ... the owner is so polite and soft spoken... food is also very delicious and especially that huge alooo ka parantha... just tastes like home ... overall we had a perfect stay

Poor Stay
Rooms are not cleaned and always stings. We informed the hotel but did not receive any fruit full results. Also dinner/food price is just doubled than a normal hotel

Thanks for the review sir. But you haven't complained single time about this. Room was properly cleaned but in case you found it uncleaned you should have informed us once. And about food pricing, I don't think it is double. Food is in affordable rates only.

Room vgerh sab thik hai. (1) sare room khali the still hm jldi phuch gay e fo uska b hi extra charge liya hai. (2) heater chlaoge to b hi extra charge. (3) khane pine ka charge jyada hai orr if tum sochre ho ki b hr se kha lenge. To psbl ni hoga bcz restaurant bht dour hai or rat m aane ka koi option ni hota

1- Neither you haven't reached early, nor you were charged. We have proper records, you reached after 3pm. You were charged for the room upgradation. 2- In the month of May did you require heater, so why you are just writing anything in the review? 3- If the food cost is higher for you, you have many options nearby. If you are coming in any hill station you can't compare their prices with local delhi street foods. I don't know why are you writing such things, but thanks for the review sir.
