Good, Service so so, cleaning good, electricity Average back generator but lift not work.

I was charged more than the hotel offerings. Hotel was offering 5400 for 1 nights and I was charged 8000

Nice location, located in the main Bazar. Clean and specious room. Good room service and food quality. 3km distance from Dumka Railway station

Neat and clean room & washroom. Very small things to be taken care of- when guests number is 2 - management should provide per day -2 towels, 2 coffee cups, 2 bottles of water per day etc. Otherwise excellent stay. Thanks. Would again consider to stay. Thanks.

Room service was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay at royal majestic. I was travel-ling to dumka for the first time and didn't expect to have such nice and comfy hotels. Will definitely recommend to others. Great hospitality recieved.

The hotel is in the middle of dumka with all required facilities and excellentservice. All staff were polite.
