Very bad hotel sandhya sagar in dumka please out make my trip in applications

This hotel is unsuitable for families or professionals; it caters primarily to couples. The restaurant serves very poor-quality food, and there are no options for free drinking water. The hotel owner has a very poor attitude and lacks manners when interacting with guests. Additionally, the staff is slow and often unresponsive. Morning breakfast depends on the cafe and staff's mood. I spent five days at this hotel, and my experience was disappointing.

Service is not good

My stay is worse in this hotel no one attended to me. I am waiting outside the property for at least 1 hour and no one has opened the door of the hotel and after a long hour passed then the receptionist has come and when i ask him why you are not opening the door it's about 8 am in the morning and you guyz are relaxed after shutting the door of the hotel and the mobile number provided in the booking details is switched off then he replied we are not opening the door before 8 am. I am feeling very bad after getting this response from the hotel end and i am giving a 0 rating to this hotel. Thank you

The room was decent. The toilets need some improvement. The hill view is beautiful. The staffs are cooperative.

A very nice place to go to dumka. It is a very good bathroom and rooms
