the ambience was good, food was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful, wait time is also not very high

Room was not good in terms of smell and look, bed wasn't comfortable, one small shoap and sampoo provided only....Food was average and rate was high

Slippers, kettle, teabags, etc were not there. Otherwise the stay was good. Food was good. The location was good.

Location is perfect near to pokhara chowk, in between railway station and bus stand. Food quality is also healthy. Amenities & services are good.
