Poor Stay
The food was okay. But the washrooms were not clean and very smelly. There was a mice in the room with its feces on the bed.

Excellent Stay
Very excellent , caring and very helpful staff , food was also excellent , Room was bit on smaller side but seemed to be convenient for a family overall very pleasant atmosphere and service of the staff

The lunch and Dinner was excellent but breakfast was served in a hurry so it was less tasty with too salty... couldn't finish our breakfast.

Average food taste while visited Rooftop cottage. Room heater was chargeable when they already know weather is too cold in Pangot area. Room heighen was average

Location - good but road condition poor food - good service - good housekeeping - not good. Washrooms not clean, commode dirty, water jet holder broken, room floor not clean

Worst experience with this hotel.
Very disappointed with working staf. Manager is very arrogant. No customer service. Worst experience. Food is good.
