coupleThe resort is facing the valley witch has dense forest and attracts the most amazing himalayan birds. The birding points built within the resort is no miss for bird enthusiasts. There are lovely treks around the resort which add onto the attraction of the location the staff is very cordial and go out of the way to make the stay comfortable. Mind you the staff are also very knowledgeable on the local flora and fauna of the place.

Great place for stay and birding in pangot. Nature lovers and birdwatchers will certainly like this place. Cottages are neat and well at-tented and staff are very welcoming. The inhouse pet dog is a sweet addition.

Nice, place, in lap of nature. All around birds, nice cottages,. Food yummy. Mr tejpal was awesome. All staff are polite. Thanks to jungle lore for awesome stay. Will visit again soon

It was nice stay. Property was good though and food is just amazing as like as home. Staff was supportive. One thing that need to improve is at marten cottage wifi network is very poor. You have to go upside to connect with network. And one more important thing air-tel and voda doesnt work there. Only jio mobile services work a so keep that in mind while planning for pangoot.

Located in lush green envoirment, the lush green place provides excellent facilites, delicious food, friendly staff, service with a smile, 4 staffers for four cottages, well furnished, 100% power back up

Worst stay ever, pathetic rooms

Rooms are too small and old fashioned, like typical 1000 fare rooms with no facility available, reception and kitchen are common, badly maintained and smelly kitchen with lots of interference, further rooms have no view in front of them as surrounded by trees and down the hill, further balcony is old faahioned and monkeys are roaming around, for a family of couple and two kids, please dont go otherwise u gonna change the hotel the very instant. Go i u wanna book the room of rs 500 at the value of rs 10000. Worst room ever. I have travel-led a lot and stayed at jungle as well as 5 star properties in cities. I farily know the standard to be found in 10k room. Dont book this property ever

Great birding lodge in a fantastic location

I and my family loved the property. It was clean and safe. All the staff were courteous, prompt and took care of our needs with a smile on their face. The birding guide mr. Joshi, his brother and property manager mahesh require special mention as they had been wonderful. All in all a vastly rewarding experience for us the nature lovers.

Flying cockroaches in the room. All charging points are old styled black switches which are loose and don't function. No intercoms in the room. Once they send you down nobody will ever care to attend you and you can't connect to them unless you decide to climb to the office for every small need. Monkeys play havoc so they advice you to keep the room door closed so though the resort is surrounded by green trees all Around you just can't enjoy it sitting in the gallery. Old styled yellow dull lights give headaches.
