Janardan Resort, Pangot

Very bad hospitality, and also there is no proper facility there. We wait to 1hour for water and more than 2 hour for hot water, even then hot water was unavailable

Baht hi gatiya hotel hai, service ke name pa ziro pani tak n hi deta hai na to parking ka suvidha hai, ye resort n hi ek baht hi kharab jagah hai, bhool se v koi n hi book karna bhai

Very bad experience stay in janardan resort pangot, there is no facility available in this premises, no basics amenities are available like water and wifi, we had suffered for that basics facilities, hotel attendent don't have information for our stay he cross check infront of me, as confirmed by attendent (kapil, our booking only for one day 3rd of may 2024 to 4th may 2024, i had booked this premises for 3rd may 2024 to 5th may 2024, but i had leave this premises before one day. I was unable contact with makemytrip team due to there is network issue. I will never recommend this premises to any one don't stay in this premises. I want refund my booking amount.

very bad experience.water are not available in resort .no cleaning in room.no proper arrangement in room .we have face so many problems.

Room was good but not best, amenities were not there like soap, dustbin, oil. Complementary water was not provided.

They provided us the room without water and owner was having excuse that it was recently out of water because the previous guest used it. Also room condition was very bad as they are providing folding iron bad. They have kitchen in the middle of the property where its very unhygienic thats why i didn't order any food and also not saying anything about its taste.

Hotel management is not supportive, all they want is money, due to there negligence by not picking up the phone call, i am not able to get entry in nainital because police want certificate of certified parking and the hotel is not picking up the phone my whole trip got spoiled and they refused to give the refund as the negligence is from hotel side.

Service and other facilities are very good. A pleasent stay.

I had a great experience in the resort. The staff was very welcoming. Every one was very helpful and friendly. All the staff made our stay wonderful. Fooding, housekeeping and rooms every thing was excellent. We will be looking forward to stay there again.
