superb stay.. stayed here with family with two children. staffs are very helpful and supportive. The property location is far away from Nainital. if someone wants peace stay and wants away from traffic, you can prefer this. food is costly but taste is very good..

The food was okay. But the washrooms were not clean and very smelly. There was a mice in the room with its feces on the bed.

Location - good but road condition poor food - good service - good housekeeping - not good. Washrooms not clean, commode dirty, water jet holder broken, room floor not clean
