pathetic experience
the food quality is very poor.there is rat and cockroach in the room vasant. last year it was good but their service has been degraded like KMVN with Three times charges.

Dirty Rooms, Mud and dust falling from walls and ceiling
The room is big enough but lacks a few things : 1. Since they have tried to give the experience nature, they lack in maintenance 2. the walls of the room are rugged and raw due to which mud and cement was continuously falling from it on the bed 3. They have limited rooms hence didn't gave another room, hence we had to sleep on the bed with falling mud and small stones. 4. they don't have AC (but they do have cooler, which makes the room extra humid) 5. The fan was making continuous noise 6. The portion size is irregular and the staff do not help to understand the portion size. I ended up ordering huge amount of food as their portion size of sandwiches, Maggie, etc was a lot. 7. They charged 18% GST on food items and mandatory 7% service charge (I ordered the food during 9Am to 9 PM). 8. The customer support is very poor, they just ignore your concerns. I won't recommend spending 8k for such a room !

Terrible Stay
Worst hotel. No lights, too overpriced. Food was so overpriced and not worth it

Beautiful View and rooms with difficult Approach Road
Nice property. Brilliant staffs. Very helpful. Hemant, Neeraj, Santosh, Manoj, Chef Puran. The property has one of the best views of the hills. The rooms are clean and big. The distance from the pangot market to this place is a narrow road and slightly difficult terrain.

Average Stay
This was my second visit to this place. Rooms and property is very nice, but the fooding disappointed us. 1) Green chutney was sweet (we asked for replacement but denied) 2) Lemon soda was too sour 3) They don't know how to cook vegetable maggy 4) Chilly paneer was not ok 5) Mix veg raita was red, yes they serve raita like it's some paneer gravy dish. Few items we asked from the menu were out of stock(like paneer tikka). We asked for bonfire in morning itself which they told us 950₹, which were agreed but still bonfire was not provided. Gst bills are not generated instantly, though they charge 18% gst on food. Visit only if you can handle bad food, rest property is very nice, Instagramable, and very well maintained. Owners need to focus on the fooding and billing part only.

Great stay with minor cons
coupleoverall a good stay. there is power fluctuations, however the weather was too cold in the morning that I didn't need much power, some appliances like heater were running ... very good food and great service... nasty part was Airtel signal was completely gone.... I had to depend on their WiFi which is again on and off.... but the scenic views from the glass windows are simply amazing 🤩!!!!

Room not worthy of being called a comfortable stay
We stayed at bluedasher room. The room was not in an ideal situation. The views were blocked due to construction going on outside which was not informed to us prior. The tiles of the room were misplaced and could lead to an injury if not taken care of. There was no heater provided. The almirah doors didn’t have the glass. And without it, they were not in a stable position. It would have been great if hotel informed us in prior.

Excellent Stay
The location is fabulous though there is no signboard to indicate the location. Neeraj is excellent while serving food and the food is extremely tasty. At such location, staff is polite, courteous and provide with all necessary amenities. However, shampoo and other toiletries were absent. Moreover, i feel the resort is somewhat overpriced. Yet i would again love to go to the same resort this time for more days.

Nainital Trip
The property is out of the city and quite silent which is good for those who are coming relaxing. Hemant provides a good welcome and the staff are polite. food is good it's costly but quality and quality is sufficient for two people. F

Excellent Stay
Our stay at secluded was extremely comfortable. The staff here is very very friendly and the chef prepares really nice and homely food. View from rooms is spectacular. Overall it was a very warm and heart full stay.
