Excellent location (what you see is what you get) exactly next to Alakhnanda river. Bathroom fittings and cleanliness was top class. Location most favorable for our trip to Rudraprayag and Devpryag (in between). Most helpful and always available staff. Restaurant very helpful for preparing child food with extreme caution (perfect child food). Excellent choice for a family travel. Some low-lights: only-veg menu (and food preparation also needs improvement). Rooms walls and curtain linen were dirty and torn, but maybe we visited towards the beginning of the season and we could see renovations. Overall a very good deal at the discounted price we got to stay.

Location of the property is outstanding. Service is but slow. It's better to book early as this property is mostly booked. Rooms are average. Washroom has a problem of water drainage. It will remain always wet which is kind of a turnoff. No supplies provided in the bathroom. Room rent is on the higher side compared to the services given. I paid 5k for a superior room in november without breakfast. The only good thing about this hotel is that they have maintained the property very beautiful

I had booked for one night. It was a pleasant stay. The location was great. Food, amenities and service quite good.

A bit overpriced for what they offer. Lovely location - bang on the highway and wonderful view of the river and hills. The food was average. Housekeeping was pathetic to say the least - there was no drinking water when we checked in and had to make a couple of calls to reception before we got it. The towel provided was torn and did not look clean, again had to request fresh towels and what we got was fresh but certainly very much used and not worthy of being provided to guests. The cleaning of the bathroom to keep it ready for guest leaves much to be desired. Pretty much run down place especially for the cost

Travel-ling to shiva temple with family with stopover a this hotel. Location is good and rooms are good. Food options are limited. All major amenities are (chemist, local market, etc) are within radius of 5-6 kms. Internet speed was really nice.

Had a terrible experience with this booking. We booked couple of rooms in Riverside resorts for 29th of May. We were travelling to Hemkund Sahib prior. Due to bad weather the choppers could not operate and we could not reach property on 29th May. We requested property to reconsider and change our booking to the next day. The hotel management was very inconsiderate to our request. We met the GM Mr Omji Srivastava and he outrightly refused to cooperate. These were genuine circumstances which can happen in such fragile area but there was no empathy from Mr Srivastava and all he was concerned was his revenue. Even though Hotel had sufficient vacant rooms on 30th May but Mr Srivastava did not agree for amendment in booking . Never seen such insensitive behaviour in hospitality business.

Excellent property with very good on road location. Food is good - staff & manager was very helpful & cooperative. Rooms are very clean & hygienic. Towels were also very clean. Highly recommended.

If you are visiting dev prayag or rudra prayag and have your own vehicle then this hotel is very well situated. Its aroud 30 km after dev prayag and close similar distance prior to rudra prayag. Location is mesmerizing, right in front of alaknanda river. Rooms are great, i booked exclusive room and boy you have amazing view of alaknanda right from your balcony. Hotel staff is very courteous and prompt as well. Ample 0arking space available. Food is decent as well though a bit on costly side. Rates are similar to delhi's fine dining restaurants. Overall a great stay with family.

Luxury stay with beautiful river side view. Mountain peaks are visible and staff is very professional

Location - easily accessible, just on highway, 7 km from srinagar- uttarakhand. On the bank of the river. Cool breeze around. Small resort with lush greenery in the premises. Big space for parking. Garden next to the river bank, can enjoy breakfast with breeze around, dinner in the night sky. Big umbrella like gulmohar tree to take photos for wonderful memories of this gem. Food - had dinner. Superb taste.
