Hotel Moonrise (Valley View Property) - Srinagar

Break fast was not available and hotel staff was not cooperative. Luggage we need to sift in our room in 1st floor and 2nd Floor

The stay was very peaceful and the river was nearby. Clean room and food was good. Staff behaviour was also good

Hotel conveniently located at the main road outside of the city centre. Sufficient free parking space is available. Rooms are clean and comfortable, fitted with a large bed. Rooms have normal size, not too small but certainly not too large. No elevator available to reach upper floors. Veg restaurant is available. Good working AC and wifi. Several other veg options available at walking distance.

The hospitality of the hotel is good and the food is excellent and the cost is reasonable. Only problem is as it is just beside highway the song of vehicles and their honking is loud in the rooms. It should have some sound insulation that would be great. Value for money hotel.

Hotel was clean and well maintained, only suggestion would be they can provide hand-wash in the washroom.

Comfy beds and clean room. Room service available and works well. The check in process could be a bit more welcoming and less rushed

The location of property is virgin and on an unexplored route. The food served is of perfect taste and portion. The service of the staff is super good and they are very courteous. A bit of improvement required for kids friendliness. Overall a 4. 5/5 points stay experience.

Property situated at great river view of alakhnanda. Staff are very polite and co-operative. Canteen is very clean. Foods are very testy. Ac also working proper, t. V. Require some improvement.

Rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and highly affordable rooms provided by them. Highly recommended if you are planning a stay with your friends or family in devprayag

I found the property at MakeMyTrip app. The food and stay both was excellent. Parking for travellers is also available . Rooms were cleaned.

Breakfast was good, room was good and clean, washroom was also fine. Driver can also stay. Overall average hotel.

Staying at moonrise hotel seems below average to me. We found let's of insects in room. Hotel staff is also not found so cooperative. We have to ask every necessary thinks with multiple reminders.

The price charged by make my trip is too much for the room.

Very neat & clean, staff was good

My booked room was showed was very small, after double bed no space was there, no window in room. Not as shown in the photos Hotel reception was charged Rs./- as room upgrade deluxe to super deluxe. No extra facility available with super deluxe room like Drinking mineral water, electric cattle, Tea bags etc, no fridge and room size also small. No parking place, my car parked at highway 🙃 throughout. 😭👎

Stay is good with decent food but some services are not available. Location is also good on the way. So overall good.
