Very helpful staff and nice property and budget friendly also connectivity is easy by pune mumbai road

It’s was nice villa. And owner was very polite and warm coming.

Worst experience ever, the proprietor calls an hour before the check in stating that he has done a double booking and asks me to cancel. He then gives us another villa which was just ground floor 2bhk more like an apartment kind, states you can stay here for one night and then shift to the one originally booked or cancel. We had no other option but to take the villa and shift the next day, which was very upsetting and not ethically correct. And when we shift the next day, even though the villa was cleaned by the maid or the caretaker but the amenities within the villa was absolutely not maintained at all. The sofa was stinking, it had stains and holes on it, even on the wall, there were patches on the wall, the plaster was off. One of the toilets in the bathroom the seat was completely broken. Also more importantly the proprietor also gave a drunk call on the day of checkin later in the evening saying don’t worry I’ll give the villa tomorrow and what all non sense. I think should avoid taking such villas on their website cause it’s the matter of your customers safety and privacy. We go on a holiday to have a relaxed time with friends and family and a hastle free stay and not to go through all this non sense that we faced. THIS PLACE IS HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Rising sun is beautiful villa with all the amenities at very reasonable price at a beautiful location, very polite & cooperative staff.

They stay was pretty good we enjoyed a lot overall it was a good villa according to price rate and also affordable budget friendly

Overall experience was good! services provided were best. Good place to stay. Humbel staf and excellent experience clean environment.

I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in lonavla, and i would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you, sandeep, for making our time so enjoyable!

It was a good experience, ac was available, extra mattress and bedsheet were available and washroom were ok

A decent stay option with spacious rooms which is a value for money. The swimming pool was also nice.
