Review Of Rishaan Cottage

This hotel I have booked for my driver but till 1 hour he is not able to find the hotel and it's very high and you have to cross the bridge and its difficult for your own car. So try to avoid this as its not a hotel it's a home which is given for stay. No warm water, no breakfast.

Allows you to check in early. The rooms are good but the blankets provided can be a bit clean. Location is amazing. I would love to be here again. They can add facility of room services which would be a added benefit.

Your dish network is not properly work

The cottage is an old one, situated next to the river. A hanging bridge is close-by and hence a bit noisy in the night. No hoarding available for this cottage, owner guided us. Food service not available here. Anyhow, for the price offered, it is ok to stay kind hotel.

Location was okay, the tent was not much good, as there is no washroom, I have to change that tent for poor facilities. Service was also not as expected. Will not recommend this property for a family stay to others.

The property location was good but little congested. The route to reach the property was not good. The bridge was old. The property was clean and safe. Overall a good stay.

We have booked this hotel because this location is itself a tourist spot. Too good experience to watch nature's beauty and hanging bridge in front of your room

Food was okay, cool was usually unavailable, but the people at the hotel were nice enough to get food prepared from elsewhere. They also charged for warm water which was unusual. These are an association of hotels so even if you book Rishaan Cottage you might have to stay in some other hotel in the same area. But all in all, it was a nice they and the hotel people were helpful.

It is located just beside a bridge on River. Have home made food, inverter. Renovation in progress.

Stay was fine, everything was so smooth, and the location was also convenient. Staff was also behaving very nicely. During the time of the checkout, they charged me an extra amount for the heater, which they didn't inform me initially.

This stay was amazing, we enjoyed a lot. Everything was up to the mark, the staff was co-operative and comfortable room. Food was also good in taste. It is a recommendable property for all.

We had booked deluxe rooms looking at the photographs but they were nothing as shown. Delux rooms sucks! Triple rooms were ok, where the owner shifted us after our request. Owner must provide correct information. Food is average.

The property of Rishaan Cottage was bad. There's no facility as provided, there's no any furniture in room except bed. In one bedroom bed was provided of jute which was hollow from between. After Long struggle they where ready to provide bed made of Tharmocol. But, we didn't accept it. Then they provided a form bed. Pillows we're bad, TV was not working, WiFi was not available, no arrangements of food, except tea, in bathroom no proper facilities. It was filthy and unclean, location is not good, there's no ventilation in the rooms. There was high humidity in room with bed smell. Water was pouring from the middle of the room and paint was removed form some parts of the walls, there was no kettle in the room. We had a expectations on MMT arrangements, so booked from you. We never hope this typical bad category should be listed here. It really affect your popularity and image.

Overall is very good. You will feel that you are staying in your home.

I Am not happy with the stay, it was okay. The room service was the worst. There were only two rooms available on the name of cottages and nothing was there. Food facility was not available and fencing only on one Side and from the other Side, the property was open. I will never recommend this property to others.

Good and nice behaviour people with good understanding

It is a good place to spend time with families. Recommendable property. The location was very nice and my family members had made a memory with it. The room was neat and clean, services were impressive. The food was tasty. The only concern is to tight the security in the property. The rest of all was good.

The car could not reach the property and had to be parked outside. But it was easily accessible. The food was good. The property was not completely constructed but still, it was fine. And also it was situated near the Beas River which was another plus point.
