Terrible Stay
Ripple cabin is nothing like what it seems like in the pictures. It is not a stand alone villa. The property has many rooms and is crammed and noisy. The rooms are not well maintained. The interiors are not well maintained. There are random beds and bedding lying around in the living room and there is no sense of aesthetics or hygiene at all to the interiors. The pictures are very misleading and when I complained to MAKEMYTRIP about it, they refused to do anything. I am truly disappointed in this whole experience, especially the way MAKEMYTRIP has handled this, since as customers we are depending on the pictures that are there in the listings. This is my last hotel booking with MAKEMYTRIP ever.
