Worst stay, i booked a ac room, but they give me a non a c room, i was little late for check in, so they give tat ac room for some other& no one is there for take care, no receptionist, we waited for almost 30 mins for the receptionist, dont waste your money & time

You had booked a room for two guests but arrived with three people. Despite this, we accommodated your request for an extra bed and provided a deluxe non-AC room, which you agreed to at check-in, as AC rooms were already fully occupied.
Regarding your request for a cash refund the next day, since the booking was for two and services were provided for three guests with an extra bed, we were unable to offer a refund.
