Terrible Stay
The resort is fine. Service by the staffs are good. Major trouble is with the underground rooms which are not upto the level to satisfy the deluxe sratus. And price. If you book directly, it is reasonable but makemytrip booking is 1500 more than the normal rate as per the staff. Location of the resort is difficult to reach. In overall, i am not at all satisfied, specifically with makemy trip.

Be cautious
The hotel is at salkumarhat near falakata railway station, not hasimara or madarihat. Semi deluxe rooms are underground rooms without ventilation. Moreover one room has one ac but no fan, whether the another has two fans but no ac. We couldn't stay there. Staffs are good, well behaved and supportive. The owner has arranged two rooms for us at another homestay in front of salkumarhat gate for jaldapara forest.
