Review Of RELAX GUEST HOUSE

I went there with my mother and our overall experience was average. The room we stayed in was not properly cleaned and bedsheets, pillow covers can be better cleaned. There was a lack of lights in the room also. The location of the hotel was very nice and convenient. Though it was Worth for money stay.

Though my stay was not satisfactory they can improve their facilities. Bedsheets, pillow covers were not clean and hygienic, though the staff was very helpful and they tried their level best to solve our issues. The room was also not clean and the washroom too. Loud noises were coming from the outside which was quite disturbing for sleep. Though the stay was value for money stay. The location of the hotel was very good, it was in the Bidhannagar. Once again I would like to say that it was not up to the mark.

Room size small, shower not working properly. Water flow is low.

This was worst Guest House. My room shower is not working and taps are not working Properly also room service is very bad.
