Welcome by fresh Red rose 🌹 with smiling face was greeted us. Then quality delicious Foods. Cleaned wash room was maintained. Service was at par by trained attendant. Whole traveling was fine. A lots of improvement found in our railway.

The hotel was on top of liquor shop which makes it unsafe for family stay and rain water entered the room ..and it's nowhere mentioned about the location

I stayed at Regenta Hotel, Gwalior for 2 days and had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, making my stay relaxing. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made me feel very welcomed. Overall, excellent service and great hospitality — I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gwalior.

Well I had a mixed bag of feelings. If I think about the price I paid & circumstances, till now it’s nice. If I think about basics of any hotel despite stars or rating, this hotel misses few basics rules when it comes to customer. Guard’s behavior for an entering customer to hotel. Hotels staffs, way of responding to their guests. To be honest the price I paid with breakfast option in a sudden booking before 12 hours I’m somewhat satisfied. Have to look into breakfast when I’ll have it next day of stay. If you are concerned about rooms: these are fine, if you face any issue staffs seems helpful just ignore the selection of words from them. Location (as I read the other reviews from the guest), yes surrounding is not good but if you are inside hotel you will not feel bad or you will not be impacted. & every point of attractions are not hard to reach specially if you have your own be car/bike/taxi. It took 15 mins to reach me to Gwalior Fort from main entrance. Please don’t use google map’s shortcut else you will miss the exact beauty & charm of fort. Food: I yet to taste but I ordered dinner using Zomato and let me tell you hell lot of nice restaurant as per your choice 😂. I was surprised that no issues in delivery, got on time. Swimming Pool: depends upon your previous experiences. I felt they need to take care of cleanness & might be due to availability of guests. Kitchen: They said that it’s available 24/7 if you need anything & they helped me with milk for my daughter. if you are satisfied with price they or third party offer, you can give it a chance.

Everything was good except we had issues with telecom that too 3-4 help desk visits to resolve rest it was a comfortable hassle free stay and not to mention the location is off city so that’s not a very convenient part

The Rooms and the Hotel were clean. The food and the restaurant was also good. The staff is polite and helpful. The pool was not available due to an impromptu private party which was disappointing and was only accessible the next day. Pool could have been cleaner. The location is a bit messy, there's dust all around (like near an industrial area) and a proper road to the property is missing.

The property is located at the main road of Transport Nagar; however, the approach is dingy. Parking space available right in front of the property. The property has a swimming pool, do remember to reach before 7pm to enjoy pool. You can see the fort wall from the property. The room was spacious, clean and with modern amenities. The staffs were supportive and helpful. Not yo forget the food.. was amazed to get such delicious continental food in Gwalior.
