Stay in hotel Moziac in Gwalior was not good at all as a superior category room does not even facilitate a wardrobe (for keeping clothes), a computer table (to work) or even a floor towel in the washroom (to have basic hygiene) apart from the breakfast experience which will not allow you in any options other than the ones they have it ready for you. If you ask for a room service, i had to wait for 45 mins. So, overall experience was not good and I prefer not to go back there. Thanks

Property location is perfectly greatly placed in city center, the food was amazing, amenities always present and always given if asked, services were always amazing, promptly served. The staff very friendly, understanding and helpful, and can speak english (this is a big factor)

Whole bathroom was full of water on floor due to leakage from some pipe somewhere there. On complaint it was told that plumber will come in morning only and will then check the leakage. There is no hanger in bathroom for hanging undergarments and towel.
