This property is very ritual and amazing, though the road leading to the property isn’t so enticing but I would still give the property and compound a solid 10/10
Excellent Stay
Though i was on a business trip and this villa is far from city center still i liked the property and booked it. Its a 25 mins cab ride from Surat station but trust me once you reach there , the place relaxes you completely and has an amazing vibes. Its beautifully done place and the owner is a thorough gentleman, he went beyond the rules and refunded me for a day which was otherwise non refundable booking. The caretaker of the property kishan is also a very nice guy and always ready to help. Overall please spend your 25 mins to have a blissful stay in surat which is otherwise fairly a busy city.

Excellent Stay
Really enjoyed our stay at regency farm, the host was very friendly and the caretaker took care of everything. Really recommend it if you are looking for stay in surat the villa was good with all the necessary amenities.
